Welcome to our Wellness Program. Biddeford Estates offers more than just games. We strive to provide engaging and meaningful opportunities for our residents every day in group settings and individual activities. Our Wellness Program is built around six wellness components: Physical, Spiritual, Emotional, Intellectual, Social, and Vocational. Each wellness component plays an important role in a person’s overall wellbeing. Participation in wellness program activities is entirely optional – we will support you with your participation goals.
