Jo-Ann's Foster Home is a small Memory Care facility located in Fairfield at 130 Horn Hill Road. Jo-Ann's Foster Home provides Memory Care services for each of its residents including dementia care (most commonly Alzheimer’s Disease and Parkinson’s Disease) and assists them with bathing, grooming, meal preparation, dressing and more.
Jo-Ann's Foster Home aims to provide a safe, secure and nurturing environment for its Alzheimer's residents in a home-like setting. If required, a large Memory Care in Fairfield facility can provide a secure, monitored area for Alzheimer’s Disease residence that have tendencies to wander.
