Lombard Street Waiver Home is a small Memory Care facility located in Presque Isle at 112 Lombard Street. Lombard Street Waiver Home provides Memory Care services for each of its residents including dementia care (most commonly Alzheimer’s Disease and Parkinson’s Disease) and assists them with bathing, grooming, meal preparation, dressing and more.
Lombard Street Waiver Home aims to provide a safe, secure and nurturing environment for its Alzheimer's residents in a home-like setting. If required, a large Memory Care in Presque Isle facility can provide a secure, monitored area for Alzheimer’s Disease residence that have tendencies to wander.
