Sisters Of The Heart is a small Memory Care facility located in Hampden at 60 Carmel Road South. Sisters Of The Heart provides Memory Care services for each of its residents including dementia care (most commonly Alzheimer’s Disease and Parkinson’s Disease) and assists them with bathing, grooming, meal preparation, dressing and more.
Sisters Of The Heart aims to provide a safe, secure and nurturing environment for its Alzheimer's residents in a home-like setting. If required, a large Memory Care in Hampden facility can provide a secure, monitored area for Alzheimer’s Disease residence that have tendencies to wander.
