Supported Living Program is a small Memory Care facility located in Lisbon at 15 Village Street. Supported Living Program provides Memory Care services for each of its residents including dementia care (most commonly Alzheimer’s Disease and Parkinson’s Disease) and assists them with bathing, grooming, meal preparation, dressing and more.
Supported Living Program aims to provide a safe, secure and nurturing environment for its Alzheimer's residents in a home-like setting. If required, a large Memory Care in Lisbon facility can provide a secure, monitored area for Alzheimer’s Disease residence that have tendencies to wander.
